Job Description:
PDS is seeking an organized, proactive, and client-focused Client Services Manager to support our customers, sales team, and daily operations. This role serves as a primary client contact while managing accounts, orders, agreements, and administrative processes.
This is an in-office position requiring daily attendance at the PDS office. Remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors by phone, email, and chat.
- Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships through responsive service and follow-up.
- Manage customer accounts, orders, agreements, renewals, and related documentation.
- Assist with technology-related products and services to support accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate client and vendor records, communications, and account information within company systems.
- Support management and sales with reporting, administrative tasks, account development, and business development activities.
- Identify opportunities for client growth and communicate them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with contracts, renewals, and service arrangements.
- Provide client support for PDS technology products, services, software, and processes.
- Help improve internal processes, efficiency, and the overall client experience.
- Handle confidential business information professionally.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Two-year degree- Preferred
- 1+ years of relevant experience in B2B customer service- Preferred
- Client services, account management, administration, or a related field- Prefered
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Strong customer service, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and work independently.
- Comfortable learning and using technology, Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, and online management systems.
- Technology or IT industry experience is preferred.
- Management or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
- Professional, dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record when driving is required.
- Employment is subject to company-required background and drug screening.

Position Information:
Salary dependent on individual qualifications. This position is a non-except hourly or exempt salary position based on experience. Current federal law requires identification and eligibility verification prior to employment. Only US citizens authorized to work in the United States may be employed. This Morristown, TN based position is not a remote work position.
