PDS is in need of experienced technicians. We classify our technicians as level 1, 2, or 3. The measurement of these levels depends on length of time supporting business level IT needs, earned industry certifications, education certifications and/or degrees, demonstrated troubleshooting skills, and experience obtained across desktop support, server support, and network support. Please share the level you believe you would be classified and substantiate the experience etc. you have that would support this level of classification.
